shortest possible time frame to formulate the best strategies
to capture the market, and to investigate the purchase behaviors
of Taiwan SIs - in order to select the right distribution channels
for its products.
The
Solution
Due to the importance of the
competitive analysis which may strongly influence our customer's
investment and marketing decision, we have conducted 30 extensive
face-to-face interviews with the leading distributors and system
integrators in Taiwan. We complimented with desk research to the
in-depth interviews to help our client accomplish the original
research objectives.
The Result
We
collected the profile information of targeted distributors and
SIs, as well as the business situations of each company in their
own specialization. In the meantime, we examined the market's
awareness of KVM switch products and the acceptance from users.
The study results provided our customer a clear view of market
situations, the buying behavior of different users, the existing
sales activities from each channel, and supported the client formulate
best marketing strategies to win the market.
