The Challenge

Our client planned to evaluate Taiwan's high-end storage market potential by studying those big companies who installed high-end mainframes. To understand their CPU models, Units, installation dates, locations, High-End DASD models, Units, total GB, and again the installation dates.

The Solution

We used phone survey to call all big companies and screened a list of total 117 mainframes installed in Taiwan. Then call these companies to survey their installed mainframe CPU, Models, Units, Installation dates, locations, as well as the attached high-end DASD and total Giga Bytes.

The Result

As per the client request, we delivered total 107 raw data in Excel format to our client. We provided the best accurate market data & information to our client for their analysis of Taiwan's DASD opportunities. All further analysis and studies were done at the client site.
